The homemade pasta, orecchiette and sagne ncannulate laboratory will allow you to produce the typical Apulian pasta, LE ORECCHIETTE, with your own hands. Together with a professional cook you will learn how to create pasta, starting from water and flour. Immediately afterwards they will be cooked and eaten in the 15th century courtyard. The course will also take place in a beautiful 1400s courtyard, in the heart of the historic center of Lecce, next to the Archaeological Museum. With the help of this cook you will learn the art and the creation of this famous pasta, so once you have learned the technique you can take it home and let your friends taste it.
