It was a smooth trip. Booked a return ferry ticket to depart Fremantle at 9 am and return from Rottnest at 4 pm. When collecting tickets, I was able to ask the staff to change to an earlier return ferry at 2.30 pm.
Surprisingly smooth (both ways) and Pilot said to watch a couple of whales that chose to breach suddenly tho we were not in a position (inside ferry) to spot them. It was a sunny day and wind not too wild which might explain the exceptionally smooth ride.
Hassle free and easy to claim.
Smooth ticket collection process, and loved seeing the quokkas!
Speed and fresh ship
Travelling with Sealink was seamless. No issue with ticket redemption at the counter as well. Parked at nearby carpark that has all day parking for $12
We showed the pelago bar code but it wasn't accepted and we had to show the Ferry barcode itself, which took some time because we didn't download it before hand. Could have made it easier if this was indicated. What was the use of the Pelago bar code the?-
The Pelago Barcode was not accepted and we had to download the other Sealink ticket at the boarding gantry. Would have been easier if we were told this before.
