Calling all coffee lovers! Learn the magic behind Vietnam's renowned coffee
brews in this engaging workshop. Participants will get a hands-on experience
crafting three signature Vietnamese brews: the strong and flavorful
traditional cafe phin, brewed using a distinct metal filter, the creamy fusion
of Coconut Coffee (Ca Phe Cot Dua) which melds coffee with coconut milk for a
velvety texture, and Salt Coffee from Hue, a slightly savory concoction that
deftly merges coffee with a hint of salt. This workshop offers more than just
coffee; it's an exploration into the very fabric of Vietnamese coffee culture
and its treasured traditions.

• You will have lunch before the coffee making class
• Menu for lunch: Fresh spring rolls, Crispy Vietnamese Pancakes, mango salad with shrimp and pork. Vegetarian option is available
