- Please make sure to present your voucher, either on your mobile device or as a printed copy, on the day of your trip to exchange it for a reserved-seat ticket at the ‘OKOSHI’ Bus ticket counter. If you do not present your voucher, we will not be able to issue the actual bus ticket. In that case, you will need to pay the full amount again to purchase a new ticket on site.
- Please complete the exchange procedure at the ‘OKOSHI’ Bus ticket counter at least 20 minutes before departure. Please allow sufficient time to complete the process.
※You cannot board the bus with only a voucher. - The adult fare applies to those of junior high school age and older (generally age 12 and above).
Children in elementary school (typically ages 6 to 11) should be booked under the child fare. Please note that a 12-year-old child who is still in elementary school will also be considered a child.
Children younger than elementary school age can join free of charge; however, seats and meals (for meal-included plans) will not be provided. For children who may have difficulty sitting on a parent's lap, we recommend reserving a separate seat. In such cases, the child fare will apply. Please don't take it out of the bus to avoid losing it. If the device or earphones have poor signal reception, please contact your tour guide for a replacement.
