[How to Use Skyliner Ticket]
Please present this voucher at the exchange location below to receive your Skyliner express or regular ticket before boarding. This ticket is only valid for redemption at the specified stations.
Exchange Locations:
1. For passengers traveling on the Skyliner bound for Narita Airport, voucher redemption is available at the following locations:
- Keisei Ueno Station: You can use the Skyliner ticket vending machine or Skyliner ticket sales counter.
*The Skyliner ticket sales counter is open from 5:10 AM to 8:20 PM.
- Nippori Station: You can use the Skyliner ticket vending machine or visit the JR Connection Counter.
*The JR Connection Counter is open from 5:00 AM to 11:30 PM.
2. For those utilizing the Keisei Ueno-bound Skyliner service, voucher exchange can be conducted at:
- Narita Airport Station (Narita Terminal 1): You can use the Skyliner ticket vending machine or visit the Skyliner information counter.
*The Skyliner information counter is open from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
- Airport Terminal 2 Station (Narita Terminals 2 & 3): You can use the Skyliner ticket vending machine or visit the Skyliner information counter.
*The Skyliner information counter is open from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
*Please note that this voucher cannot be exchanged at Aoto Station or Shin-Kamagaya Station.

[How to use Skyliner Ticket]
Please ensure to exchange the voucher for the physical Skyliner express reserved seat ticket at the exchange locations below before boarding the train.
*Outward ticket (from the airport to Tokyo downtown) can only be exchanged at the airport, while the return ticket (from Tokyo downtown to the airport) can only be exchanged at Ueno and Nippori Station.
Please make sure to exchange your tickets at Narita Airport before your departure.
- For the outbound journey, you will receive a boarding ticket for your outbound journey and an exchange ticket for your return journey.
- For your return journey, please exchange your return ticket for a timed ticket at the counter or ticket vending machine located in Ueno or Nippori before boarding.
*Possible exchange locations are limited as below.

Please take note of the following information regarding your tickets:
- If you have round-trip tickets, you will receive both the outbound ticket (boarding ticket) and return ticket (exchange ticket) upon issuance at Narita Airport. Please be aware that tickets cannot be issued at Ueno or Nippori.
- You must keep your return ticket safe and not lose it.
- Your return ticket expiry date is 6 months from your outbound ticket issuance date.
- It is possible to exchange outbound and return tickets separately, even if purchased together. You are not required to redeem all tickets at the same time.
