• It is recommended to wear comfortable clothes, a hat, and a jacket. Because the rainforest walks follow marked paths and boardwalks, sturdy, enclosed walking shoes with good grip are highly recommended.
  
• Bring sunscreen and insect repellent. However, it is good to know that all tour vehicles also carry spare insect repellent, umbrellas, and first aid kits just in case.
  
• While lunch is included, morning and afternoon tea are not. You should bring your own snacks and a refillable water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the day.
  
• You may want to bring extra money for optional experiences (like the Aquaduck or Jet Boat rides) or any additional purchases during your free time in Surfers Paradise.
  
• The tour involves approximately 3.2 kilometers of walking and is classified as a Grade 2 walk. This means no prior bushwalking experience is required. 
• The tracks have hardened or compacted surfaces with only gentle hills and occasional steps, making it suitable for a low to moderate level of fitness.
  
• There are no rubbish bins provided in the National Parks or Conservation areas. You will need to bring rubbish bags and take all your recyclables and trash with you when you leave.
  
• When exploring, always stay on the marked walking tracks, keep children within sight, and maintain a safe distance from cliff edges and barriers.
  
• The exact order of the stops will be determined by your driver on the day of the tour. Southern Cross Tours also notes that they may alter or cancel sections of the itinerary due to weather, road closures, or operational conditions to ensure your safety.
  
• If you plan to do the Paradise Jet Boat or Aquaduck during your free time in Surfers Paradise, these are self-check-in activities that must be booked separately (though you can get 50% off if you purchase them at checkout when booking the tour).
  
• You are required to be ready at your designated pick-up location 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.

_What To Bring_

The vehicles carry a limited stock of sunscreen and insect repellent. However, we do ask that you also bring your own if you require it. 

The vehicles do not have luggage space therefore large bags, prams etc are not able to come on tour, please leave them at your hotel or residence.
