Beginners I will teach step by step how to start going, how to turn and how to come back to the same point. If you have already experience, I will estimate your level first, then I will guide you to progress to the next level. Fast tack, jibe, beach start, harness are steps that have to take place one after each other. I will also be giving some theoretic explanations, before or meanwhile the activity.
