It was poor from the beginning when we got to meeting point at 1020 hrs, 10 mins before scheduled start time. Our identify was checked and we were told to wait for another man. Nothing happened until I pushed for a response at 1045 hrs, only to find out that the man we were supposed to be waiting for was sitting in the same shaded area as us all these time. Anyway, he did nothing except provide paper copy of the tickets, which was for visit time of 1100 hrs and face value of EUR 24 each. We had to make our own way to the Colloseum, which was a 5 mins walk away. Things were really messy at the venue with lots of people and no proper guidance on where to go. Anyway, we found our way and managed to visit the Colloseum. The audio guide, which was part of the package we bought and provided via email beforehand, did not work well. Luckily the venue had a house version which we downloaded and used. In summary, although we paid almost double the face value of the tickets, we got very little value add above the face value.
