- Arrival: An airport representative will meet you in the arrivals hall meeting area holding a signboard with your name.
- The representative will contact the driver, who will be waiting in front of the airport, to pick you up.
- Departure: Hotel pickup is available within Yangon city.
- Departure transfers must be booked at least 3 hours before your flight departure time.
- For arrival transfers, you may book a pickup time close to your scheduled arrival time. Your flight will be tracked in case of an earlier landing or delay.

- Pricing for the arrival option includes up to 90 minutes of waiting time from your flight arrival time.
- Flight information must be provided at least 24 hours before arrival. No refund will be provided if flight details are not supplied within this timeframe.
- If you miss a connecting flight to Yangon International Airport and do not inform the operator, no refund will be provided.
- For departures, you must show a printed flight itinerary to airport staff at the entrance to the airport building. Without it, you may not be permitted to enter.
- For departures, do not allow people at the airport to assist with your luggage unless you are prepared to pay for the service.
