Excellent service. The driver will message/Whatsapp you one day before the date, and he/she will wait for you to clear immigration and luggages.

Do not book this airport transfer. The supposed 'customer service department of the transfer company' doesn't hold it's promise at all and is extremely unresponsive. I was left stranded 90 minutes in JFK airport from the promised time without any follow up from their customer service or driver. And they underdeliver as well, at first they dont want to pick you up in front of the airport but instead at remote pick up area which require a shuttle bus from designated area (the nerve they have) until i have to scold them to fulfill their promise considering i got 4 big luggage and 2 carry on which require me a trolley to carry on. I don't usually say this, but their service is borderline scam and i would not ever use this airport transfer service again. Pick yourself a better airport transfer company from JFK and save your precious time & trip plan.
