引き換え場所がわかりにくいです。 地下鉄の入り口のカウンターでは引き換えられず、1階の到着ロビーにあるカウンターでしか引き換えできませんでした。 対応してくださったスタッフの方は皆様とても親切で無事に引替えできましたが、バウチャーがあるとありがたいです。
