1. Reservation

Make your online reservation and correctly provide the passenger's details, the phone number with active WhatsApp, and the pick-up or destination location.

2. Confirmation

After the reservation, Centrotur will confirm the service details and maintain contact with the traveler to coordinate the transfer.

3. Meeting coordination

The driver will communicate with the passenger via WhatsApp or phone to confirm the exact time and pickup location.

4. Collection

The driver will arrive at the location indicated by the traveler, whether at Florianópolis International Airport (FLN) or at their hotel, accommodation, or address provided within the service area.

5. Transfer

The passenger will travel in a private vehicle with air conditioning, exclusive to their group, directly to the contracted destination.

6. Arrival and disembarkation

Upon arrival at the destination, the driver will perform the drop-off at the airport, hotel, accommodation, or indicated address to finalize the service.
