Just 1 hour and 30 minutes away from Guatemala City, Pacaya Volcano is one of the easiest possible hikes in Guatemala. Its smooth activity allows visitors to approach the Lava coals, the smoking cone, and enjoy the great views of other Volcanoes.
Itinerary

We're going to start this tour with the best energy. We'll pick you up at your hotel in Guatemala City and head to San Vicente Pacaya, where Pacaya Volcano is located. It's a 1-and-a-half-hour trip, so sit back and get comfortable. A real-life fantasy will be about to start. Upon arriving at San Vicente Pacaya, we'll begin our 1.5-hour hike. Make sure to keep your camera handy because you'll take never-to-forget pictures! If the weather is favorable, Acatenango, Fuego, and Agua Volcanoes will be visible.
