This tour invites you to experience Warnemünde in all its facets - from the historic fishing village to the lively seaside resort. Under the motto “Warnemünn ankieken”, the walk leads to the most charming corners of the village and opens the view for its eventful history between port life, beach culture and maritime tradition.
Along the way, it becomes clear how closely the fishermen's lives were connected to the water. The bridge on the Old Stream, the picturesque Querstraße III and the Alexandrine Street show a neighborhood that has preserved its roots and yet moved with the times.
Special highlights include the Edvard Munch House, as well as the area around the lighthouse and teapot, where architecture, seafront and coastal air create a unique ambience.
The tour combines history, seafaring atmosphere and bathing culture - a walk that shows how a small fishing village became one of the most famous seaside resorts on the Baltic coast.
