Must Know
- The rental rate is based on a 24-hour period; overtime is charged at IDR 100,000 per hour.
- A refundable cash deposit equal to the daily rental price must be provided upon delivery.
- You are not permitted to drive the vehicle outside the main island of Bali.
- For uninsured options, the Renter is fully responsible for any damage or loss of the vehicle.
- Insured options only cover damage/loss of the car and do not include personal insurance for the driver or passengers.

Eligibility
- All drivers must be at least 17 years old.
- Drivers must possess a valid driving license recognized under Indonesian law.
Child Policy
- Children must be accompanied by an adult; however, only individuals 17+ with a valid license may drive.

Car rental staffs were friendly and accommodating. No need to pay extra charges for a few extra hours of use. Everything was done through whatsapp and you can try to request for car. Given a Honda Brio, very easy to drive and got power when climbing the hilly roads of Bali. Remember to prepare 1million IDR as deposit, no credit card hold, only cash.
Everything was good
Very poor never book with palego the car provider took 60$ and did not return that you scratched the car and there was no scratch in the car it was black rubber plastic mark easily removing rubbing with hand but the driver instantly took photo sent to vendor and vendor called and started saying nonsense and bad behavior insulting and said i Will not refund and also will cancel your next booking due to that we had to change ferry port book taxis and took bus 2 hour trip to reach ulluwatu also still no refund of cancelled booking and security frauded by vendor
