Itinerary

Marrakech - Azib-n-Ikkis - 3 hours of trekking

  • Marrakech

    2 hoursAdmission Ticket Free
    Today after breakfast we pick up you from your hotel in Marrakech and we drive towards Ait Mhamed.

  • Atlas

    3 hoursAdmission Ticket Free
    We will then take the route to Tizi n'Oughbar by crossing the valley of Ait Abbes to reach Tighza at 1800 meters. Here we will join the rest of our trekking team. We will then leave the vehicle and we will continue by walk towards Ait Said, enjoy a walk for about 3 hours as we ascend to Azib n'Ikkis 2300 meters. Enjoy overnight camping with dinner.

Azib n'Ikkis - Adventure walk to the plateau Tarkeddit – 5 hours of hiking

  • Aghouri

    Today after breakfats we will follow the mule-drivers and we ascent to the pass of Tarkeddit. We walk through the mountain of Aghouri at 3500 m. We after having lunch we continue the hike out of the plateau of Tarkeddit and we will set our tents in the plateau Tarkeddit. Enjoy dinner in camp after total of 1100 m of ascent and 500m of descent for this day.

Tarkeddit - ascend to the top of M’goun

    Today we will climb the top of M’goun at 4000 m. You may follow the mule-drivers if you not in good trekking condition for the climb. After several hours and exploring amazing landscape we walk down, as the track is sprinkled with fallen rocks. Our equipments will be waiting for us at the spring Oulilimt situated 2600meters down. In all, we would have done 9 hours’ walk of which 5 hours of ascent.

Descent to the spring of Ain Afelafal – 4 hours of trekking

    Today after breakfast we discover several landscapes in the area and we experience local culture. We leave M’goun behind , then we will cross the Oulilimt valley, in a rather wild scenery. We will continue towards Tighremt n’Ait Ahmed, a historical and economical place, as it was previously a collective garret. After whole day trekking we enjoy camping at 2300 m with dinner.

    Today in the morning we experience amazing scenery of the valley Oulilimt tand we continue through several villages as TALAT RIGHANE , then MERABTINE and IGHREM IZEDERN before we reach TAGHREFT until the gorges of Achabou. We will stay overnight at Trzoute in camp with dinner.

    After breakfast we start the day early by walking the valley to reach the village of Auguerzaka. Afterwards we will continue to Alemdoune at 1600 meters with local forest of red juniper trees. Overnight in local gite or camp with dinner.

    Today after breakfast enjoy splendid valley of Assif Quati and we explore the road of 1000's Kasbahs. All the area is sprinkled with bushes and plants of pink laurels, walnut trees, and also almond trees. We continue towards Boutaghrar and you explore the beautiful valley of Roses. We will set our camping in Hdida.

    Today we enjoy 3 hours of walking from Hdida in Tabarkhacht then we explore Kelaa Mgouna and we drive with comfortable vehicle towards Ouarzazate.

  • Marrakech

    After having lunch we return back to Marrakech. We cross the pass of Tichka before we drop you off at your hotel. End of M'Goun climbing trek.
