- A valid driver’s license (original, not a copy or photo) is required. No exceptions.
- You must have previous experience riding a scooter. The tour leader may terminate participation if a rider is deemed unsafe.
- The Vespa provided is automatic with no gear shifts.
- A waiver must be signed for any damages caused to the vehicle through negligence or user error. Only third-party insurance is included.
- Pregnant travelers cannot participate.
- A set lunch menu is included: bruschetta, pasta, and a cheese and salami board.
- The experience runs with a maximum of 20 travelers.

Wonderful experience. We had it on 3 May 2026. Unfortunately didn’t pass the test to ride the double Vespa and had to drive the electric fiat. Appreciate the guides/instructors for being cautious! Check in, whole riding lesson/test and the actual drive out to lunch were smooth. Thanks!
Highly recommended Great way to have a quick taste of Tuscan country side and driving there without any hassles. You are picked up at the railway station, then to bus and then to outside Florence garage. There you learn and are tested on driving . Vehicles are well maintained especially for vintage cars . You feel safe on the roads because they are always managing it and you drive in internal roads mostly. Lunch on their estate is very delicious and you get a chance to engage . Places you stop have great views. Thanks to our fabulous guides Gabriel, Manno and their teams.
