You will ride at a comfortable pace along rural roads and easy trails, with stops for photos and short insights into the local area. The experience includes a visit to the Dolmen of Montalbano, which is around 4,000 years old, and a short panoramic walk along the Via Francigena among olive trees and dry-stone landscapes.
The final part is dedicated to local flavors: visit a traditional olive mill to discover the key steps of extra virgin olive oil production, from harvesting to pressing and storage. Then enjoy a guided tasting of the EVO oil produced on site, with practical tips to recognize its aromas and main characteristics.
