Next your guide will show you how to grill the Cypriot way using the “Foukou”, and will share with you all the secrets for a successful grilling. While souvlaki are grilled on the skewers, you’ll enjoy the view and the breeze accompanied by local Zivania. For dessert, you’ll eat “sweet walnut” and we promise you one won’t be enough. Your tour guides will then provide you with recipes for the sweet walnut so that you can make them at home. You’ll also be given a free bag of local goods to take with you.
