Nate was a wonderful guide who truly brought Lyon’s reputation as a gastronomic city to life. The tour gave us the chance to sample a variety of local specialties, each thoughtfully chosen to showcase the region’s rich culinary heritage. Nate’s knowledge of cheese and wine added depth to the experience, making each tasting even more enjoyable. He also shared excellent restaurant recommendations, which were incredibly helpful for the rest of our stay. Overall, it was an engaging and delicious introduction to Lyon’s food culture
