Confusing information. Customer support online was slow. Chatbot requested to call Viator (with roaming charges). No facility to watsapp Viator. Can only chat via email/pelago app. Several chatbox going on at once with different chats. Cannot cut and paste info. Need a pen to write booking ref/id etc. In summary, confusing app to use when one needs urgent attention.
