Stand under the party tree, see all your favorites, and hear behind-the-scenes stories as you walk the meandering tracks past the Hobbit holes, Bag End, Gandalf's Cutting, The Mill and the fascinating facts of the Lord of the Rings and Hobbit films. Maintained by a team of gardeners and maintenance staff it's kept just like the movies. Even if you haven't read the books or seen the movies you will still love it
