Join your chef and learn how to create authentic dishes starting from the traditional sofrito, combining fresh, high-quality ingredients to bring out the true flavors of Spain. We provide all ingredients and materials, plus refreshing homemade sangria during the class. At the end, enjoy tasting the dishes you’ve prepared, paired with up to two drinks of your choice—soft drinks, Spanish wine, or local beer. We can accommodate all dietary restrictions (vegan, gluten-free, no seafood, no pork, etc.)—just let us know in advance if you need any changes to the menu.
