• Bookings must be made at least 12 hours before the departure time
• For waiting periods, if we can reach customers, we'll wait as requested. If we're unable to contact customers, we'll wait up to 120 minutes from the pick-up time; beyond this, it will be considered a no show
• The additional waiting time costs THB 500 per hour.
• For charter services, the vehicle cannot be used like public transportation. For example, picking up customer group A and dropping them off at Place A, then returning to pick up customer group B to drop them off at the same place or another place, and then returning to pick up customer group C to drop them off at the same place or another place is not permitted

• For vehicle services between 23:59-05:59, an extra charge of THB 500 per hour will apply.
