I found the Pelago sign and my name are not there. I have to spend 15 min searching and it is under another transport company.
Pick up point not clear as there are various vendors on the arrival hall. At the end need to contact them to confirm the exact location.
I have booked airport transfer to and fro Suvanabhumi multiple times via pelago. However this time, the driver was late to our hotel, didn't bother to get in touch with us that he was late. We had to find a local to call their hotline to contact their office, while they tried to contact the driver. To be clear, the service is good most days, however it you need a reliable airport transfer in the mornings especially, this has a slim chance of failing. This could have been circumvented by getting in touch with the customer that the driver will be late. Simple.
It was an easy process booking the airport pickup! I received an email on the night before my trip, with details of the meeting point. At the airport, there are many companies waiting for their passengers to arrive with the placard. I found mine rather quickly. We had to wait about 10 minutes until the person in-charge had details of the driver and where to meet them. The entire journey was smooth and safe, we reached earlier than expected :) I’ll definitely recommend this for ease of mind, especially if your hotel may not be near an BTS or MRT station. This is also perfect for families with young children or the elderly.
