We opted to go to this package though theres another one cheaper bec we thought the service would be better. Unfortunately, it's not. ⭐1.My driver wasn't even aware that we are not supposed to pay for the fee (entrance fee as stated in the package. So we ended up paying for ourselves. ⭐⭐2. Driver was ok. He apologized if he made mistake after the tour and helped us remember how much was the fees as the operator is asking for the receipt which we couldn't provide anymore. ⭐3. Food is really not worth of what you paid for. You'll get a small serving of the main food which is meat + rice . The drink "juice" was purely taste like melted sugar + water. You wouldn't almost taste the fruits. (in my own opinion) I also saw the other tables who were eating with us that they didn't drink the drinks that much. ⭐4. Operator- contacted the operator about it after the tour. He said he forgot to inform the driver about the inclusion of our tour (talking about the fees) I appreciate he apologized but if I didn't not msgd him we ended up paying more and less of service. He couldnt give me back the money in person so I ended up finding someone that has a local bank accnt and so he can refund us the fees. It's just disappointing that we paid more than 2x of other apps are offering and getting very poor service. I don't recommend getting this package honestly. Better go choose something cheaper I guess. It is my first time to purchase here in Pelago and it is really not a good experience to share.
