[If you are late for your reservation time]
・If you do not arrive at the store at the reserved time, the order of your guide may change. In the worst case, if you are significantly late, we may not be able to guide you at all.

[Cancellation]
- If you cancel after 5:00 PM (Japan time) on the day before your reservation date, you will be charged 100% of the reservation plan fee. Thank you for your understanding.
