Highlights
The Temple of Heaven and Summer Palace, being two of the top attractions in Beijing, get very busy in high seasons, especially during the holidays. It can be difficult to obtain the ticket on the travel day, need to queue for a long time. So booking the ticket in advance is a must. Opening time from April 1st to October 31st: The park gate is open from 6:00 to 22:00 (admission ends at 21:00) The attractions in the park are open from 8:00 to 18:00 (admission ends at 17:30) Opening time from November 1st to March 31st: The park gate is open from 6:30 to 22:00 (admission ends at 21:00) The attractions in the park are open from 8:00 to 17:00 (admission ends at 16:30) The attractions are closed every Monday.Summer Palace (Yiheyuan)
