Excellent service. Driver was on time and the ride was smooth. The company also provided a contact via WhatsApp in case we had issues.
Good experience. Driver - Fuji san is polite and helpful. Waiting for you carrying the tag with your name and you can see him immediately after clearing baggage collection.
Driver was incredibly patient (as our arrival flight delayed and other reasons). The drive was very smooth and the driver made it a point to keep updating us on the estimated time of arrival. Needless to say, he also helped with our luggages which we really appreciated. I only wish there could’ve been a message or email confirming the appointment (although all our worries were immediately placated when we saw the driver holding the sign with my name right at the exit of the arrival area)!
