After your reservation is confirmed, the tour operator will send you the driver's contact information two days before the tour date.

The charter duration is 8 hours. If overtime is exceeded, additional fees including overtime charges will apply. Please settle these directly with the driver on-site. Overtime incurs a fee of JPY 5,000 per 30 minutes.

Attraction entrance fees are not included in the charter package.

Overtime fee: JPY 3,000 per 30 minutes.

Please arrive at the designated meeting point 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. We regret to inform you that we are unable to accommodate late arrivals.

Please be advised to adhere to the agreed-upon schedule during the trip. Refunds will not be issued if the trip cannot continue due to lateness or other circumstances.

The driver will not accompany you to tourist attractions or handle admission procedures.

As this tour involves an extended duration, travelers with unstable physical conditions (such as pregnant women) should carefully assess their health status before participating. We use legally operated vehicles with green licenses, and all passengers, including children, must be counted for.

Vehicle Personnel and Luggage Limitations:
- 7-seater vehicle: Maximum 5 adult passengers. The trunk accommodates 4 pieces of luggage up to 24 inches (inclusive).
- 10-seater vehicle: Capacity for 8 adults. The trunk fits 8 pieces of luggage up to 24 inches.
