• Upon arrival, guests must redeem their Will Call tickets by presenting the e-voucher and a valid photo ID at the entrance counter of the selected park.

• Special event tickets (e.g., Halloween, Christmas, Jollywood Nights) are sold separately from general admission and do not include access to regular park attractions.

• The voucher must be used on the selected date and within park operating hours.

• Please present your e-voucher and lead traveler’s ID at the Will Call ticket counter to receive your physical admission ticket.

• A 1-day ticket is only valid on the selected date.

Multi-day tickets are valid for a designated period starting from the selected date:

• 2-day ticket: valid for 4 consecutive days
• 3-day ticket: valid for 5 consecutive days
• 4-day ticket: valid for 7 consecutive days
• 5-day ticket: valid for 8 consecutive days
• 6-day ticket: valid for 9 consecutive days
• 7-day ticket: valid for 10 consecutive days
• 8-day ticket: valid for 12 consecutive days
• 9-day ticket: valid for 13 consecutive days
• 10-day ticket: valid for 14 consecutive days
• Example: If you book a 5-day ticket with a start date of May 1, it will be valid from May 1 to May 8.
