- - The additional stop must be located within a distance of no more than 5 kilometers from the drop-off point with the maximum duration for a stopover is 15 minutes
- - If the stopover point exceeds a distance of 5 kilometers, an additional charge of 10 baht per kilometer will apply
- - If the customer needs to use the bathroom during the trip, and it is not listed as an additional stop, there is no extra charge for this service
- - Additional stop add-on potion can not allow to pick-up and drop-off at Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) and Don Mueang Airport (DMK) before the destination
- - If you purchased additional stop add-on option and found that there is no under 5 kilometers from drop-off point, the driver have a right to refuse your request or collect an extra charge
- Additional waiting time: THB 300 per hour

As I recently needed to get from Bangkok to Pattaya I used this service, adding stops for sightseeing along the way. Booking was simple through Pelago and the first time app usage discount was a nice bonus. The operator, Northern All Star, reached out to me on WhatsApp, providing me with the driver's name and the vehicle license plate. The driver Mard was early for the pickup. He's a solid, safe and professional driver, getting me through all the stops I had planned and my drop off location in Pattaya as scheduled. While Mard spoke only a few words of English, and I dont speak Thai, we were able to communicate through Google Translate. The car, a Toyota Yaris, was, as advertised and very satisfactory, providing a comfortable, air conditioned ride. This was a great service which exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended.
