Applicable to: minors under the age of 18 or persons aged 65 or above. The age is based on the first entry of identity information to register the Chimelong Annual Pass. If it is found that the cardholder does not meet the above conditions, he/she must pay the difference with the regular card-adult price.

Annual card activation validity period: 30 days (inclusive) from the date of purchase. If you fail to activate online or obtain an electronic annual card number offline after the expiration date, it will be deemed as automatically abandoned and no refund or change will be made. It will be invalid after expiration.

Annual Pass validity period: Calculated on a calendar month basis, from the date of online activation or offline collection of the annual pass number (whichever comes first) to the last day of the corresponding month of the following year. For example, if a guest purchases a Chimelong Annual Pass online on November 10, 2025, and activates it online or obtains the annual pass number offline at the theme park ticket office on November 15, 2025, the validity period will be from November 15, 2025, to November 30, 2026.

Annual Passholder Reservable Admission Dates: The total number of "reservable admission days" during the validity period of the All-Access Pass is approximately 365. These dates may not include special theme event days or days with reduced attendance. The park will announce unavailable dates in advance through official channels. Please refer to the latest "Chimelong Annual Pass Calendar" available on the Chimelong official app/mini-program for details. Cardholders may only enter the park on dates with successful reservations. Furthermore, to ensure public safety, the park may implement temporary closures or reservation controls in the event of extreme weather conditions, inclement weather, or when capacity is reached.
