This is a morning and sunset beach yoga classes on Kata or Karon beaches in Phuket. At the time of the class, the beach is beautiful and providing a very tranquil and refreshing experience. Class content is largely Hatha and Vinyasa depending on the instructor and will typically including some meditation. Sunset class also includes the basics of Acroyoga.
