Cooking Classes at Casa Emma represent a very unique food and wine experience, perfect if you want to learn more about traditional Tuscan cuisine and food and wine pairing.
As soon as you arrive, you will be welcomed by a wine expert who will follow you during the whole experience, starting from a tour in the cellar, where you can learn more about the company philosophy and the winemaking. Then, you will meet our Chef (English speaking) who will guide you through the different stages of the food preparation, by using only Tuscan raw materials.
The recipes selected by our Chef include: home made Pasta Tagliatella and Ravioli, and TIRAMISU dessert!
Just before eating, our wine expert will explain to you all the products made in the farmhouse: our extra-virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar and 5 different types of wine to pair with food.

The minimum number of participants for this experience is 2 people, max 8 people.
