The name IXSIR derives from the original Arabic word for ‘Elixir’, a word that defines the purest form of all substances. Winemaking takes place at IXSIR upon giving birth to unique wines, resulting from the perfect marriage between the subtle and the complex. The local vineyard is the jewel of the estate embraced by the Winery.
