We're right in the heart of old Bangkok, just a short walk from the Grand
Palace. Easy to find, easy to reach — and we can't wait to welcome you.
Your day starts with a walk to Pak Khlong Talat — one of Bangkok's oldest and
most loved markets, just around the corner from us.
Over 250 years ago, traders began gathering along this canal to sell fresh
flowers and herbs. Generation after generation kept coming back — and today,
this beautiful market is still very much alive, now ranked one of the Top 10
flower markets in the world and the 3rd largest orchid market on the planet.
Walk with your instructor through colorful stalls filled with flowers and
fresh vegetables. Touch lemongrass, smell kaffir lime leaves, and feel the
magic of this place. By the time you return to the kitchen, you'll already be
excited to cook.
Back in our cool, comfortable kitchen — the real fun begins! You'll make 4
real Thai dishes, completely from scratch:
Tom Yum Goong — Thailand's famous hot and sour prawn soup
Pad Thai — the stir-fried noodles dish everyone loves
Som Tam — fresh and a lightly spicy green papaya salad
Mango Sticky Rice — a sweet, soft, and satisfying Thai dessert
Your instructor is right beside you the whole time — showing you, helping you,
and cheering you on. Then you sit down together and enjoy everything you made.
Before you go, we have one last little gift for you. We'll teach you how to
fold a White Lotus flower — a beautiful Thai tradition that's calm, fun, and
something truly special to bring home. A small piece of Bangkok, made by your
own hands.

Welcome to White Lotus! Step in, take a breath, and feel at home. Your instructor greets you with a warm smile and a cold herbal drink. Your Thai food adventure starts right now.
First stop — Pak Khlong Talat! One of Bangkok's oldest markets, just steps from our door. Walk with your instructor, smell the fresh herbs, and hand-pick the ingredients you're about to cook. This is where your dish truly begins.
We start with dessert first! Steam the sticky rice and prepare the sweet coconut syrup — so that by the time you finish cooking, your dessert is perfectly ready and waiting for you.
Back in the kitchen, your instructor introduces you to the stars of Thai cooking — lemongrass, galangal, kaffir lime, and more. Smell them, touch them, and learn what makes Thai food so unique.
Now for Thailand's most famous soup! Drop in the prawns, add the lemongrass, squeeze the lime — and watch your Tom Yum come to life. Hot, sour, and absolutely delicious.
Time to eat! Sit down together and taste the soup you just made. Somehow, food always tastes better when you cook it yourself — and share it with new friends
The kitchen gets lively! Pound your Som Tam in a traditional mortar, then toss your Pad Thai in a hot wok. Two iconic dishes, made completely by your own hands.
Pull up a chair and dig in! Fresh, zesty Som Tam alongside a perfect plate of Pad Thai — this is what real Thai food tastes like.
Remember that sticky rice you prepared earlier? Now it's time! Top it with sweet coconut cream and fresh mango slices. The perfect Thai ending to a perfect meal.
Before you go, we have one last little gift for you. Learn the beautiful Thai art of White Lotus flower folding — calm, joyful, and something truly special to take home.
You did it! Collect your completion certificate, take a group photo, and carry home not just recipes — but real memories made with real people. See you again soon!
