Usage
The tour operator will send you an email with your access details and Pass ID after your booking. Your Tiqets reservation number is the same as your Pass ID
Start with a guided tour, because the guide will give you paper tickets for all the attractions you would like to visit by simply showing your digital pass to the guide at the tour meeting point. No reservation needed
You need a reservation for the Bursa Day Tour, Dinner & Cruise on the Bosphorus, the Whirling Dervishes Show, Airport Transfer, and the Mobile Internet Hotspot. You can do so in your account

The link to the app did not owrk and i was unable to use most of the features. I tried to seek assistance prior to arriving with both Pelago and Istanbul City Tourist Pass direct but they were unable to resolve. We found some of the tour guides to be very inhospitable and ended up booking another tour with another company via Pelago. It was a significantly more positive experience.
