A unique cooking class with local traditional recipes! With recipes and products that you can easily cook and buy in Germany to keep your Thailand memories in your kitchen forever! I have over 20 years of experience as a cooking teacher and look forward to welcoming you to my home town of Chiang rai. I'll be happy to pick you up in Chiang Rai and we'll drive together to my place in Ba Pasang (a suburb of Chiang Rai about 30 minutes away). My restaurant serves as an open-air show kitchen (fan available) and I'll give you an introduction to the special ingredients and foods of Thailand. Together we cook with these 4-5 dishes. You are also welcome to express your wishes for recipes in advance. In addition to recipes, I will also teach you cutting techniques and other tips & tricks to cook like a pro. I will also show you some ingredients that grow on my farm. We explore the closest nature and I show you e.g. the way of harvesting them. Drinks are included and during the break we can, for example, go and have a Thai iced tea from the kiosk around the corner!
