Children under 3 years old can participate for free, but this does not include a seat or any ticket fees. Please indicate this when booking and present your passport on-site.

• If you are bringing a stroller or wheelchair, please inform us in advance when booking.

• Participants are solely responsible for any injuries, accidents, or property losses incurred due to personal factors during the trip, and the supplier assumes no liability whatsoever.

[Limitations for Riding the Bogie Slide]

• Individuals 120 cm or taller and 9 years of age or older can ride alone.

Children who are 85 cm or taller and under 9 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

• People under 85 cm tall or over 65 years of age are not allowed to ride the ramp car (the cable car is allowed).

• Adults taller than 185 cm or weighing more than 120 kg should check on-site to see if they are eligible to ride.

• If the number of participants is less than 8, the tour will depart in a commercial vehicle and will be assisted by a Korean driver who can communicate in basic English.
