What's Included
- Observation Walk of the new-sensation attraction “DIVE & WALK,” which fully utilizes the height of the tower.
- Rental of equipment required for the experience and download of photos taken by our camera system during the Observation Walk experience.

- This ticket allows you to experience the “Walk” activity only.
- Admission to the General Observatory and the Special Outdoor Observatory requires a separate admission fee.
Travel vouchers and sightseeing coupons issued by travel agencies cannot be used.

• Participants aged 15 and over can join the experience individually.
• Children aged 9 to 14 must participate with a companion aged 20 or older. Children cannot participate alone. Children’s tickets are not sold on the website and must be purchased on-site on the day of the visit.
• Participants under 8 years old or over 66 years old cannot join the experience.
Required items to bring & attire
- Please bring the electronic voucher with a QR code to the venue.

• During the activity, photos and videos can only be taken using the camera system installed in the area. The camera system service is included in the experience fee.
• To prevent accidents caused by falling objects during the activity, personal belongings are strictly prohibited in the activity area (especially smartphones, cameras, passports, or other identification documents).
• All personal belongings in pockets, etc., must be stored in the designated lockers before participating in the activity.
• If you are found to have brought personal belongings into the activity area, it may be considered a violation of the Terms of Use, and your experience may be terminated.
• Please always follow the instructions of the staff within the activity area. If you do not follow staff instructions, or if staff determine that your behavior is dangerous or causes inconvenience to other guests, your experience may be terminated even during the activity.
• Due to the nature of the activity, there are many uneven surfaces on the floor. Please pay close attention to your footing while in the activity area. We cannot be held responsible for injuries or accidents caused by falls or other incidents due to personal negligence.
• The activity may be canceled depending on weather conditions at the time of the experience, such as strong winds, lightning, or heavy rain.
• There are no smoking areas within the activity area or inside the tower. Smoking is prohibited.

• Refunds cannot be issued for cancellations due to customer circumstances after check-in has been completed.
• If a participant fails to comply with the Terms of Use or staff instructions and the activity is terminated at the staff’s discretion, no refund will be issued.

- The attraction involves approximately 200 steps above ground, and all vertical movement is via stairs. There is no elevator access. Please note this in advance.
