Wear your apron and be ready to work, we'll bake our own savoiardo (lady finger cookie), we'll make our own gelato water based and all steps for a stunning tiramisu. Learn how to prepare the cream, how to select ingredients and how to work professionally in a friendly atmosphere. Master the art of using your pastry-bag and set your tiramisu. Enjoy your creations and compare those with the professional-made ones. At the end of the class receive a list o favorite places to eat in Rome and all the recipes to use once back home.
