Featherdale is an absolute gem. You can hand-feed kangaroos, get up close with wombats, and even cuddle a koala — all in one place! The animals are healthy, happy, and wonderfully accessible. Staff are knowledgeable and passionate. A must for families and animal lovers visiting Sydney. We loved every minute!

Was really easy to buy a direct entry ticket though the app
Fuss-free process and lots of money saved
The place is more like a zoo, but the animals are clearly accustomed to humans and living the good life. There are a lot of pigeons though. The fun bit was feeding the animals ($5 a cup) until the very aggressive hungry sheep in the farmyard ate it all up. Public transport access to the place is fantastic. Bus stops right at the entrance.
