Go to the turnstiles at the main entrance (west side)
Present your PDF ticket to be scanned by the staff
Once you exit the Acropolis site, you may not re-enter
If elevator assistance is needed, contact the venue in advance; elevator not available during adverse weather conditions or maintenance work
Please wear non-slip shoes as surfaces can be slippery in wet or windy conditions

Tickets are sold with an expected waiting time of 20-30 minutes. In the line it looks like 45 minutes to an hour and after an hour hardly any movement. We saw people leave the line after two hours waiting. This was at 8:30/9:00 in the morning. Unfortunately we left the line as well. I would advice buying ticket while being in line (QR code near the ticket desk). Skip the line as sold online makes no sense. Should actually visit off season!
There are two lines: the line for buying a ticket and the line to get in. It seems the indication wasn't clear, so buy a regular ticket online. no need for this skip-the-line service to be honest. if you can book a ticket online and get your time slot then you're good. in the end you need to queue
