Highlights

This day trip is a wonderful combination of yoga and hiking adventure in the peaceful surroundings of Kathmandu. Although the tour starts and finishes in Kathmandu, the actual hiking adventure starts in Nagarkot and finishes in Changu Narayan.


You will enjoy a yoga session before starting the hiking and another gentle yoga and meditation after the hiking finishes.

    Nagarkot offers a peaceful environment in nature and view of the mountains. This is the starting point of the hiking trip for the day after yoga.
