SAWASDEE Pass maintains the right to decline service for any additional passengers or checked baggage that exceeds the number declared in the booking, with no refund provided.

• The service duration is limited to 3 hours.
• Any additional checked baggage, including extra-large items, beyond the declared quantity, will incur a charge of 500 THB per piece (VAT inclusive).
• One-time change to your booking at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled flight is permitted, however, it is subject to service availability.
• No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance. Please cancel your booking at least 2 days before your departure or arrival flight.
• Full charges will apply in the event of a no-show by passengers.
• The service cannot be held responsible for the safety of passengers, lost/damage of property or any potential consequences resulting from missed flights.

Departure

• Our staff will contact you to confirm your meeting time one day before the booking date.
• Your personal butler will meet you at Gate 3 in the departure lobby (4th floor) or at the appointment gate on the terminal side at the designated meeting time
• Immigration and customs procedures are legally required for all passengers. Please note that your personal butler cannot accompany you during these procedures.
• The package is tailored for one adult and one child under the age of 5, with a height requirement below 120 cm, and includes allowances for two checked bags.
• Our staff can only provide service within the designated service area in the airport.
• Personal butler service is only available at Suvarnabhumi Airport.
• In the event of a no-show, you will be fully charged.
• We reserve the right to cancel for any reason.
• We reserve the right to change terms, conditions, prices, and other information without prior notice.
• This voucher specifies a Departure or Arrival service at Suvarnabhumi Airport only. Two vouchers are required for round-trip (Departure and Arrival) service.

Arrival

• Your personal butler will meet you at your flight’s arrival gate.
• Please note that immigration and customs procedures are legally required for all passengers and your personal butler cannot accompany you during these processes.
• The package is tailored for one adult and one child under the age of 5, with a height requirement below 120 cm, and includes allowances for two checked bags.
• Our staff can only provide service within the designated service area at the airport.
• Personal butler service is exclusively available at Suvarnabhumi Airport.
• In the event of a no-show, full charges will apply.
• We reserve the right to cancel for any reason.
• We reserve the right to change terms, conditions, prices, and other information without prior notice.

Personal Butler + Buggy

• Our buggy will pick you up at your flight's arrival gate.
  
• One buggy cart can seat up to two adults.
• Immigration and customs procedures are legally required for all passengers. Please note that your personal butler cannot accompany you during these procedures.
• The package has been tailored for two adults and one child under the age of 5, with a height requirement below 120 cm, and includes two checked baggage allowances.
• Our staff can only provide the service within the designated service area in the airport.
• Personal butler service is exclusively available at Suvarnabhumi Airport.
• In the event of a no-show, full charges will apply.
• We reserve the right to cancel for any reason.

• This voucher is specifically for an International Arrival service at Suvarnabhumi Airport.
• Buggy service is unavailable for arrival flights at Gate D4, D6, Bus Gate at Main Terminal, and Gate S101-S128 at Satellite-1 Terminal (SAT-1) due to proximity to the immigration area. Refunds are eligible for these cases and will require 45 business days for processing
