Once our client successfully book with us and we receive notification, we will respond to their email and follow up with a text msg letting them know we've received their booking personally.

We will also schedule a phone call to go over particulars of their trip and to answer any questions or concerns they may have.

We send out personal emails and text msg reminders in regard to our clients trips on their departure day to ensure a wonderful transition as they arrive to their airport of choice.

Once our client arrives to their airport of choice, we require our client to send us a text msg to inform us of their arrival so we can give the best concierge service and make their pick-up experience amazing.

We will transport our client to their desired location of drop-off.
