Great communication and coordination. Driver was waiting at hotel driveway before agreed time. Very comfortable Subaru SUV. Even though driver had difficulty communicating in English, he used Google Translate to inform us of arrive time and traffic delay. I strongly recommend using their services.
Was not provided with driver’s details until last minute. Need to take my own initiative to contact provider to confirm. Driver cannot communicate in English, the whole time was using google translate to communicate. The trip was ok with customised itinerary.
