「Ticket Purchase Notice」
The park will close certain areas for equipment upgrades starting April 15, 2025. Please refer to the park’s official announcement for details.
1Applicable Visitors: No restrictions.
2Weekdays Definition: Mondays to Fridays that are not Chinese public holidays, including adjusted workdays. Actual applicable dates are based on the ticket purchase calendar. Tickets are valid for one-time entry on the selected date only.
Weekends and Public Holidays Definition: Saturdays and Sundays that are not adjusted workdays, as well as Chinese statutory public holidays. Actual applicable dates are based on the ticket purchase calendar. Tickets are valid for one-time entry on the selected date only.
3Real-name Ticketing: Each ticket must be registered with one visitor’s ID number. Each visitor can purchase up to 3 tickets per day. Payment confirmation does not guarantee ticket issuance; please check the actual issued ticket.
4Personal Use Only: Tickets must be used by the registered visitor and scanned via QR code or ID.
5Discount Policy: This ticket includes 1-hour free access to the Kids Fun House (奇趣豆乐屋) for 1 adult and 1 child. Children under 1m may enter for free with a paying parent and enjoy 1-hour Kids Fun House access.
6Kids Fun House Rules: Indoor children’s playground limited to children under 1.4m accompanied by an adult aged 18 or older. Visitors must bring or purchase non-slip socks at the front desk. This ticket does not include food, carnival activities, or other paid items.
7Refund and Date Change Policy: Unused tickets can be refunded at any time. Date changes are not supported; if a change is needed, please refund the ticket and purchase a new one.
8Souvenir Redemption: The ticket QR code can be redeemed for one park souvenir passport (carnival game vouchers not included).

1Ticket Restrictions: Tickets must not be altered, copied, transferred, resold, or used for any commercial purposes. Tickets are valid only for the registered visitor. Pop Mart City Park reserves the right to pursue legal action if tickets are used for any unauthorized commercial purposes.
2Parking Services: Not included.
3Standalone Use: Tickets cannot be used for standalone activities or experiences.
4Liability: Ticket users are responsible for any personal injury or property damage caused by their own intentional or negligent actions.
5Operational Adjustments: Extreme weather, poor weather, or air quality may affect park operations (e.g., rain, snow, hail, thunder, sandstorms, air pollution). Additionally, due to park capacity, safety, special events, or other necessary reasons, operations may be partially or fully adjusted or closed. Please refer to official announcements for updates.
6Entry Rights: For park safety, order, or other necessary reasons, any visitor who does not comply with the Ticket Purchase Notice, these terms and conditions, or applicable laws and regulations may be refused service, denied entry, or asked to leave immediately.
