Meeting Point & Pickup Information
- Airport Pickup: The driver will wait at the arrivals hall of New Chitose Airport (CTS). Complimentary waiting time is 90 minutes from flight arrival.
- Hotel Pickup: The driver will arrive at your designated downtown location. Complimentary waiting time is 30 minutes.
- Please provide a reachable phone number and messaging app ID (Line, WhatsApp, WeChat, or KakaoTalk) when booking.
Must Know
- Nighttime service surcharge of JP¥2,000 applies for transfers between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM, payable on-site.
- Overtime fees apply if waiting limits are exceeded: JP¥4,000–JP¥5,000/hr for 7 to 14-seaters; JP¥10,000/hr for 19-seaters.
- Vehicle models shown are for reference; a similar class vehicle will be provided if the specific model is unavailable.
- Please ensure the number of passengers and luggage fits the selected vehicle capacity to avoid service withdrawal.

I’d initially booked this service but later requested to cancel to enjoy cashback offer via shopback. The cancellation was not immediate (would Have been great if cancellation can be instant since it’s within the free cancellation period) but the CS team reverted via email in about a day or so to confirm status so all good. The service provider only reached out 2 days prior to confirm pick up / drop off details. Was a bit unnerving during this time as no means to reach out to them. The car arrived somewhat on time, the ride was safe and smooth. The car interior was clean but the outside was dirty like it just went on a road trip. Didn’t impact our comfort leave though. All things considered, will book again for my next travel with young kids few months down the road.
